1- Demonte colony is a roller coastal ride with twist. Director R. Ajay Gnanamuthu scripted the movie himself. Main factor of the movie is that this is not a usual Horror movie like Ghost/Evil coming and scarring you inseconds and vanish off. This movie makes you the feel of the invisible Ghost who is haunting down in behind. 1:30 hours of movie is inside a house were we don’t get bored nor the grips get loosed. Director cum screen writermakes us gelled on to the screen with the Scenes. One main part which i noticed is the background score by Keba Jeromiah, ( reference is from bernard herrmann Psycho) even though he had played a vital role in elevating the scenes. Am sure its a 2 time watch for everyone who are the fans of Horror thriller genere

 

2- The first is very average becoz of the over exposition of the characters which wasn’t needed for the rest of the movie. It could have been used for adding more elements of horror instead of starting the story in the second half. With the good camera work the BGM is good to create anxiety but it’s very normal, (And it’s really not needed to tear the audience’s ear drum even when its on the script).
